Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Programmer and Machinist position include:
- 3+ years of CNC machining and programming experience; program, set up, and machine precision parts from start to finish.
- Strong G-code programming ability; write G-code programs for Haas machines and support production on larger diameter equipment including an SL20.
- Experience with WinMax preferred; create and adjust programs using WinMax and related controls to support efficient machining operations.
- Fanuc programming experience is highly valued; apply transferable programming knowledge to convert code into G-code and optimize machine performance.
- Background machining tight-tolerance parts; produce stainless steel and plastic components to tolerances up to .003".
- Stable work history with no job hopping; work collaboratively within established processes and follow company machining standards.
- Experience in food processing, aerospace, automotive, or agriculture manufacturing environments preferred; support production of high-quality parts used in demanding industrial applications.
- 4th axis mill experience is a plus; assist with advanced machining setups and contribute to the team’s growing technical capabilities.
Salary: $28 - $40 per hour, commensurate with experience.
