Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Machinist position include:
- Proficiency in CNC programming and operation of CNC lathe machines
- Experience with Okuma and HAAS machines, including mill setup, tooling, and offsets
- Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents and perform machining calculations
- Set up and operate CNC lathe machines according to specifications and production requirements
- Perform CAM programming and make programming adjustments as needed for accurate part production
- Conduct quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and other precision measuring instruments
- Troubleshoot machining issues, maintain tooling and equipment, and support continuous improvement initiatives
Salary: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
