CNC Grinder - Rollomatic is a hands-on role supporting tool production across a multi-division manufacturing group backed by global industrial strength.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Grinder - Rollomatic position include:
- 5+ years of experience with CNC Grinding and operator experience
- Responsible for setup and offsets as required
- Ability to accurately read blueprints
- Must inspect tools for defects using quality control tools
- Responsible for accurate programming and machine operation
- Evaluates finished product quality through visual inspection and measurement tools
- Communicates quality issues to programmers and/or General Managers
- Pull material for upcoming jobs and check machinery daily to ensure functionality
Salary: $30 - $40 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This position offers PTO starting at around 80 hours, with accrual-based availability starting Day 1 and usable after 90 days. Retirement includes a 401k with 100% match on the first 3% and 50% match on the next 2%, with pre-tax and Roth IRA options. HSA includes a 100% match on employee contributions up to the IRS limit. Insurance includes Medical (United Health Group, HMR), Dental & Vision, voluntary life insurance, STD/LTD, and bereavement leave. An annual bonus up to 7% is paid once per year at year-end based on targets.
