Description
Join a team-focused property services company as a Central Maintenance Worker in the Ormond Beach to Daytona Beach, FL area, supporting 8 properties within a 15-mile radius with a wide variety of hands-on construction, renovation, and maintenance projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working fully on-site, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to contribute across apartment communities and a hotel/resort environment with steady, meaningful work.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Central Maintenance Worker position include:
- Minimum of 3 years of property maintenance or equivalent construction-related experience
- High school diploma or trade school certification required
- OSHA 10/30 preferred
- Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and proof of liability insurance
- Perform construction remodels, renovations, demolition, HVAC service, kitchen and bathroom replacements, window and floor replacement, and general carpentry work
- Support 7 apartment complexes and 1 hotel/resort with repairs, make-readies, groundskeeping, and special projects
- Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and effectively
- Must be able to pass drug and criminal background tests
Salary: $19 - $24 per hour, commensurate with experience.
