This is an exciting opportunity to work directly on real-world AI applications, data integration systems, automation tools, and business-critical software that impacts the daily operations and growth of our company.

We are not necessarily looking for a senior architect or “AI researcher.” Instead, we are looking for someone who is intelligent, adaptable, collaborative, technically capable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Work On

  • Integrating APIs and connecting disparate data sources
  • Building and improving AI-powered internal tools and workflows
  • Working with Large Language Models such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and other leading AI providers
  • Assisting with data manipulation, warehousing, and structured data workflows
  • Supporting automation projects and internal software systems
  • Collaborating closely with leadership and other developers to solve business problems through technology

Ideal Background & Skills

  • Experience with API integrations and software connectivity
  • Exposure to artificial intelligence tools and LLM platforms
  • Familiarity with GPT, Claude, or other modern AI systems from both a user and API perspective
  • Basic to intermediate SQL/database experience
  • Exposure to Python or other programming languages
  • Understanding of data structures, tables, and data manipulation
  • Familiarity with AI agents, automation frameworks, or workflow systems is a plus
  • Exposure to data science, data warehousing, or data mining concepts is beneficial
  • Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn quickly

What We’re Looking For Personally

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Ability to follow direction while also taking initiative when appropriate
  • Curious mindset with a willingness to ask questions and deeply understand business objectives
  • Positive energy, culture fit, and team-oriented mentality
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Someone who enjoys building things and solving real operational problems

Education & Experience

We are open to candidates with:

Professional software development experience

OR

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field

Strong coding exposure, internship experience, university projects, or demonstrated technical aptitude may be considered in lieu of extensive workforce experience.

Why Join DAVRON?

  • Work directly on meaningful AI and automation initiatives
  • Be part of a rapidly growing company investing heavily in technology
  • Collaborate with leadership on innovative internal systems
  • Opportunity for growth and increasing responsibility
  • High-energy, entrepreneurial environment where your work matters
  • Competitive compensation and benefits

At DAVRON, we value work-life balance. Our regular working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:45 AM to 5:15 PM, allowing you to maintain a healthy equilibrium. Additionally, we provide free snacks and foster a supportive work environment. With three weeks of paid time off and 70% coverage of employee, spouse, and family healthcare costs, we prioritize your well-being.

If you are excited about AI, integrations, automation, and solving business problems with technology, we’d love to hear from you.
