This CAD Draftsperson opportunity focuses on drafting and design for boundary, topographic, and physical-feature survey projects, with modern tools and meaningful impact across a variety of plats and computations.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this CAD Drafter position include:
- 3+ years of experience; knowledge of land-surveying fundamentals and project procedures required
- Civil 3D required; Trimble or Carlson experience is a plus
- Prepare boundary, topographic, and physical-feature location survey plans and exhibits using field and office data
- Draft subdivision, boundary, and easement plats, including subdivision and boundary-line adjustment plats
- Compute site plan data for field crew construction stakeout projects
- Create surface models and produce elevation contours for topographic surveys
- Perform deed research for new survey projects
- Report pertinent progress information to the Project Manager; able to work in the field when necessary
Salary: $48,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
