Based in North Reading, MA, this Operations & Estimating Coordinator opportunity brings estimating support and operational coordination together so you can make an immediate impact. With a collaborative culture and clear responsibilities, you’ll help keep bids moving, inventory accurate, and customer needs supported.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Operations & Estimating Coordinator position include:
- 3+ years’ experience in operations and administrative roles; ability to read plans and specs and assist in take-offs
- Monitor bid platforms and procurement websites; review advertisements, plans, specifications, and contract documents
- Assist with estimate preparation and bid development, including compiling material lists and vendor pricing
- Track bid opportunities, deadlines, and project documentation; support data entry and spreadsheet bid tracking
- Support inventory management and inventory control, including accurate recordkeeping in company inventory software
- Assist with purchasing and purchase order creation, order fulfillment, and coordinating shipments, deliveries, and pickups
- Process incoming inventory and update inventory records; coordinate with vendors on availability and lead times
- Coordinate RMAs, process warranty claims/repairs/manufacturer returns, and maintain accurate RMA documentation
Salary: $60k-$80k per year, commensurate with experience.
