Step into a mission-driven, full-service architecture and engineering environment in Chicago’s Northwest Suburbs where national retail programs and major projects come together with a supportive, long-tenured team. In this Architectural Designer opportunity, you’ll contribute directly to building design and documentation using modern workflows while collaborating with internal production teams on high-volume, multi-location work.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Designer position include:
- 5-10 years of architectural experience.
- Strong working proficiency in Revit.
- Experience producing construction documents and complete drawing sets.
- Ability to work across multiple concurrent projects.
- Experience coordinating with MEP disciplines.
- Commercial, retail, rollout, or multi-site project background.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Support the preparation of architectural drawings and project documentation while meeting production deadlines.
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: A hybrid work schedule (two days in office/week) 15 paid days off, 15 paid company holidays, a $70/month phone stipend, a $30/month gym-membership stipend, and a 4% 401(k) match. Full benefits are available, with employer contributions toward employee and family coverage.
