In this Project Manager opportunity, you’ll take ownership of window ordering and installation coordination—working from the Orlando office and warehouse near to help projects run smoothly from measurement verification through delivery and install crew coordination.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager position include:
- About five years of relevant window industry experience, ideally residential replacement, with direct experience entering accurate window orders into a manufacturer’s ordering system.
- Personally entered window orders into a manufacturer’s ordering platform.
- Reviewed window measurements and product specifications for accuracy before submitting orders.
- Understands window installation requirements well enough to identify ordering or installation problems before they escalate.
- Handled incorrect measurements, window reorders, and projects requiring remeasurement or changes in installation approach.
- Coordinated schedules and resolved issues with window installation crews or subcontractors.
- Uses project photos and software such as CompanyCam to understand job requirements and troubleshoot issues.
- Helps receive deliveries and unload windows from semitrailers; occasionally visits projects for inspections or issue resolution.
Salary: $30–$35/hour (strong candidates seeking $40/hour may be considered).
