Build your future with a respected paving team making a real difference across the Kansas City area. In this Asphalt Foreman opportunity, you’ll lead hands-on asphalt paving projects that are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards—right in the field with a supportive crew.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Asphalt Foreman position include:
- 3+ years of asphalt paving experience
- Strong understanding of asphalt paving methods, materials, and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret job plans, grades, and specifications
- Supervise and direct all aspects of day-to-day paving crew operations
- Lead site setup, traffic control coordination, and crew safety briefings
- Ensure proper execution according to job specifications, blueprints, and quality standards
- Coordinate crew tasks, assign labor roles, and oversee asphalt placement and compaction
- Maintain accurate daily logs, crew timecards, and production reports
Salary: $85,000-$95,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
