Build your future with an owner-operated HVAC team in Southampton, PA, where year-round residential service and quality diagnostics make a real difference for local customers. In this HVAC Service Technician opportunity, you’ll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems while building strong customer relationships and owning your daily service route.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Service Technician position include:
- 6+ years of HVAC service experience preferred, primarily in residential heating and cooling.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation equipment.
- Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, refrigerant, thermostat, and HVAC control issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance, seasonal tune-ups, system inspections, and diagnostic testing.
- Independently manage a daily service route while maintaining high standards of workmanship and efficiency.
- Clearly explain equipment issues, recommended repairs, replacement options, and pricing to customers.
- Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and customer information using ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Zip Solutions, or similar software.
- Monitor service performance metrics, including average ticket, close rate, and completed service calls, while communicating professionally with dispatch and customers.
Salary: $30–$45 per hour, based on experience.
