Bring your structural engineering expertise to a stable, high-volume residential design environment in Northern Bucks County, where work-life balance and long-term growth are real priorities. In this Residential Project Manager (Non-Licensed/Licensed) opportunity, you’ll lead residential and accessory/amenity structural projects from concept through construction documents.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Residential Project Manager (Non-Licensed/Licensed) position include:
- Experience managing residential structural engineering projects and delivering construction documents on schedule
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (ABET-accredited) or a minimum of 4 years of college credits
- Strong knowledge of residential structural systems and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting) and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Develop structural designs and prepare construction documents (roof, floor, foundation plans)
- Review drawings for accuracy and code compliance, including structural calculations and shop drawing reviews
- Serve as primary client contact and coordinate with engineers, Project Engineers, structural drafters, and the architecture department
Salary: $75,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
