Description
Bring your electrical design expertise to a Rocklin-based team delivering mission-critical, turnkey industrial systems for material handling and automation projects. In this Electrical Engineer role, you’ll design and develop electrical equipment and UL508 control panels while working with advanced AutoCAD Electrical tools and safety-focused standards.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Engineer position include:
- Electrical engineering/design experience with conveyor systems or similar industrial machinery, plus crew leadership experience
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience required; technical schooling preferred
- Advanced AutoCAD Electrical experience, including dynamic blocks, schematic wiring, panel layouts, and BOM reporting
- Strong Windows, Microsoft Office, and Excel skills, including Excel batch import/export
- Strong knowledge of NEC/NFPA 70 and UL 508A, circuit wiring, and electrical drawings
- Experience with relay logic panels and non-Allen-Bradley components; FedEx specifications preferred
- Design, develop, and test electrical equipment, components, and systems for industrial facilities
- Provide support for drawing sets for automation projects for material handling companies
Salary: $52–$55/hour; may be lower or higher depending on experience
