Step into a hands-on architecture career shaping one-of-a-kind luxury custom residences across the Tampa Bay area. This Licensed Architect opportunity offers creative ownership from original concept through construction documentation and on-site updates within an integrated, award-winning architecture, interiors, and construction firm.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architect position include:
- 5+ years designing luxury custom single-family homes
- Licensed architect preferred; candidates completing final exams may be considered
- Strong Revit proficiency required
- Deep Florida Building Code knowledge
- Lead each home cradle to grave, including original design, construction documents, blueprints, permitting revisions, and drawing updates during construction
- Produce and maintain construction-ready documentation for one-of-a-kind custom residences ranging from approximately 3,000 to 30,000+ square feet
- Rendering skills are a plus (D5 Render used internally; 3ds Max acceptable; other 3D rendering software allowed)
- LEED certification is a plus
Salary: $102,500 - $135,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
