In this Architectural Project Manager opportunity, you’ll help manage client relationships, schedules, and delivery across multiple concurrent assignments while coordinating internal teams and trusted partners.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Project Manager position include:
- 10-15 years of relevant experience
- Strong client-management and customer-service skills
- Experience managing numerous projects or locations simultaneously
- A working understanding of architectural drawings and project delivery, including assembling drawing sets
- Coordinate internal architectural, MEP, and production teams
- Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules and keep programs on track
- Oversee delivery of drawing packages and determine internal vs. outsourced production needs
- Manage national rollout and multi-location programs with strong organization and communication
Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: The company offers a hybrid work schedule (two days/week in office), 15 paid days off and 15 paid company holidays, a $70 monthly phone stipend, a $30 monthly gym-membership stipend, and a 4% 401(k) match, along with full benefits available.
