Bring your design and construction documentation expertise to a nationally recognized architecture firm built on exceptional client service, professional standards, and a learning-focused culture. This Architectural Project Manager opportunity in the Akron, OH area supports high-impact retail tenant improvement work across new and existing covered malls, open-air malls, and lifestyle centers.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Project Manager position include:
- Five or more years of experience with renovations and new construction. (Required)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD. (Required)
- Bachelor of Architecture or significant retail experience
- Knowledge of International Building Code
- Ability to run a project and coordinate with consultants
- Survey existing locations to accurately develop construction documents (some travel required)
- Prepare construction documents, develop technical solutions, and work directly with clients and consultants
- Participate in client meetings and provide construction administration support throughout the construction phase
Salary: $55,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
