In this Superintendent I opportunity, you’ll lead daily field operations, keep projects on schedule, and ensure every detail meets drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and safety standards.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Superintendent I position include:
- At least ten years of Building Construction experience in Corporate Interiors.
- Manage daily interior construction operations and coordinate drywall, framing, ceilings, flooring, painting, millwork, glazing, and MEP trades.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers; track manpower, productivity, deliveries, and weather conditions.
- Develop and maintain short-term and long-term work schedules; monitor progress against the project schedule.
- Ensure work is performed according to drawings, specifications, and contract requirements; inspect workmanship and materials.
- Enforce jobsite safety policies and OSHA regulations; conduct safety meetings and toolbox talks.
- Conduct punch walks, oversee completion of deficiencies, and coordinate final inspections and close-out documentation.
- Serve as the primary field contact for owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors; provide project status updates and maintain daily reports and site logs.
Salary: $110,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
