Step into a growth-focused role in Washington, DC, where you’ll strengthen the company’s in-house superintendent team while leading a major commercial office renovation in the DC area. In this Construction Superintendent opportunity, you’ll oversee critical field execution, plan compliance, and permitting on a 300,000 sq. ft. project with a multi-year runway.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Superintendent position include:
- 3-15 years of commercial construction experience
- Direct and manage field work to ensure projects follow plans and specifications
- Pull permits and support required permitting processes
- Walk inspections and coordinate follow-up to address findings
- Coordinate internal workers and subcontractors to keep work aligned
- RFI and architect coordination experience is useful
- OSHA 30 required
- DC-only travel for onsite work
Salary: $70,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: No standard benefits; open to a $600 month healthcare stipend if needed.
