This Senior Interior Designer opportunity in Delafield, WI blends client-facing ownership, team mentorship, and design-build collaboration on homes valued at $1M-$4M.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Interior Designer position include:
• 5+ years of residential interior design experience required
• Lead a team of 3 interior designers (leadership experience preferred)
• Drive client-facing finish selection and design guidance
• Collaborate closely with design-build stakeholders to bring visions to life
• Manage custom residential projects from concept through execution
• Utilize strong architectural and design sensibility to balance exterior character with interior outcomes
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
