Bring your automation expertise to a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Houston, TX where advanced robotics, machine control, and global engineering collaboration come together every day. In this Software Engineer opportunity, you’ll help build and support the software that powers automated equipment and production systems.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Software Engineer position include:
- Experience in automation and robotics environments, including support for automation equipment and robotics
- Develop, maintain, and support software for automation and robotics equipment
- Work with machine control software, MES integration, and vision-related systems
- Support troubleshooting and technical issue resolution for automated manufacturing equipment
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, PLC, field engineering, and international teams
- Help maintain and improve software tied to robotics, automation equipment, and production systems
- Travel for one month of paid training in South Korea, with occasional travel to Silicon Valley and possible East Asia travel
- Programming experience with C++, MFC, C#, MES integration, or Keyence vision
Salary: $120K - $130K per year, commensurate with experience.
