This PCBA Manufacturing Engineer role is fully onsite in Lake Forest, CA, and offers the chance to make an immediate impact through sustaining engineering, process development, and advanced assembly documentation using industry-leading tools.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this PCBA Engieer position include:
- Provide mechanical sustaining engineering expertise to improve product robustness and producibility.
- Maintain accurate documentation of testing techniques and results.
- Create advanced product assembly and layouts using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and AEGIS software.
- Develop Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and incorporate changes per red lines.
- Implement document release to manufacturing and provide maintenance through the ECO process.
- Plan manufacturing processes, including sequences of operations, and support liaison engineering throughout manufacturing.
- Create Bills of Materials (BOMs) and enter information into the company MRP system.
- Develop manufacturing BOMs, routings, and tooling work orders in the company MRP system.
Salary: $88,000 - $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
