Qualifications and responsibilities for this Director of Sales position include:
- 7-10 years of experience in cabinetry, kitchen & bath design, building supply, or construction-related sales leadership
- Proven success developing and managing relationships with residential builders
- Strong understanding of kitchen and bath design principles, cabinetry construction, and construction project flow
- Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of 5 designers and 2 sales representatives
- Drive revenue growth, business development, and margin performance across North Carolina markets
- Oversee sales pipeline management, CRM implementation, and sales process improvements
- Support builder relationships, quoting accuracy, project handoffs, and cross-functional coordination
- Provide leadership for the Kitchen & Bath Cabinet Division while supporting the Trim Sales function
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
