A growing, family-owned facilities services company is seeking a Commercial Service Plumber / Service Technician in Willow Grove, PA! This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, high-retention team that is not private equity owned, offers no sales pressure, and provides well-equipped technicians with the tools, support, and steady workload needed to succeed throughout the Greater Philadelphia area.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Service Plumber / Service Technician position include:
- 3+ years of plumbing service experience preferred, with commercial plumbing experience strongly preferred.
- Perform service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for commercial and residential plumbing systems.
- Independently diagnose plumbing issues in the field with minimal supervision.
- Communicate findings and repair recommendations professionally with customers.
- Report daily to the Willow Grove office before dispatching to job sites throughout the Greater Philadelphia area.
- Maintain accurate service documentation, a clean company vehicle, and a professional appearance.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required.
- Must be able to pass background check, MVR screening, and drug test.
Salary: $30 - $40+ per hour, commensurate with experience.
