Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Machinist/Programmer position include:
- 5+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist/Programmer with senior-level knowledge
- High proficiency in CAD/CAM software including HSMWorks, GibbsCAM, and Mastercam
- Extensive experience programming and machining on multi-axis CNC equipment
- Ability to develop reliable production setups from CAD models through finished parts
- Experience with CNC lathes, 4-5 axis mills, mill-turns, and Wire EDM
- Strong knowledge of cutting tools, CNC tooling, and process optimization
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues and refine processes for efficiency and quality
- Ability to work autonomously in a non-micromanaged environment with a focus on automation and productivity
Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
