Join a highly respected architecture and design firm as a Project Manager in the Urban Architecture Studio, working onsite in a collaborative professional environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a licensed architect with strong leadership skills to manage impactful urban, multifamily, mixed-use, and high-rise developments at a firm known for award-winning design, entrepreneurial spirit, and a deep commitment to professional growth and support.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager position include:
- Professional degree in Architecture required
- 10–12 years of experience in urban, multifamily, mixed-use, or high-rise architecture
- Architectural license required
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Lead and manage all phases of urban architecture projects from concept through completion
- Serve as the primary client contact and oversee coordination with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Direct designers and technical staff while overseeing design documentation, technical detailing, and construction administration
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and contracts while maintaining design excellence and participating in client presentations and meetings
Salary:$100,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including employer-paid medical, dental, and life insurance for the employee, long-term disability, 10 days PTO, 11 holidays, a parking allowance of approximately $178 per month, semi-annual discretionary bonus, profit sharing, a 401(k) with 3% safe harbor after 1 year, Section 125 pre-tax benefits, professional development, and licensing reimbursement.
