Join a well-established, design-driven outdoor living company in Roswell, Georgia as a Sales & Landscape Architect and help create stunning, high-end residential environments from concept through construction. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a unique hybrid role that blends creative landscape design, client-facing sales, and project coordination within a collaborative, family-like team known for strong retention, engaging custom work, and a laid-back, non-corporate culture.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sales & Landscape Architect position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture is required
- 3–5 years of landscape design experience, ideally with high-end residential projects
- Sales experience or strong sales potential with the ability to build client relationships and support project closeout
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Meet with clients, assess needs, and develop design solutions for custom outdoor spaces
- Prepare proposals, presentations, project scopes, and pricing in collaboration with internal team members
- Develop conceptual and detailed landscape designs, including site plans, planting plans, construction drawings, and material recommendations
- Support projects through the full lifecycle, from client meeting and design through proposal, sale, and construction coordination
Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including two weeks of PTO accrued during the first year, a 401(k) plan, bonus opportunities based on design fees and quota achievement, commission potential as sales responsibilities increase, and possible work-from-home flexibility up to two days per week on a case-by-case basis after at least six months of strong in-office performance.
