Sr. Healthcare Project Architect has 26 years of healthcare experience in California with a comprehensive background in bringing projects from schematic design through construction administration, medical equipment layout and project completion. They have worked on large-scale billion dollar healthcare facilities and works directly with clients, engineers and vendors to ensure projects are staying on course. They oversee the progress of design and construction, QC/QA, and have worked very closely with Project Managers reviewing project estimates/ costs. Though their experience has been on the “Project Architect” side, they feel confident in working directly with clients and can bring a book of business to the ABA team.
Key qualifications include:
- Comprehensive experience in healthcare architecture, including medical equipment planning and project management
- Strong knowledge of Revit, Bluebeam and Attainia
- Proven track record of successfully managing large, complex healthcare projects on time and within budget
- Strong communication and leadership skills, able to work effectively with clients, engineers and vendors
- B.A. in Architecture
