This Waterjet Operator opportunity offers hands-on shop work, training support, and a direct-hire path with a team focused on performance and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Waterjet Operator position include:
- At least 6 months of recent hands-on waterjet operating experience required.
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
- Shop math skills and basic troubleshooting.
- Set up and operate waterjet equipment to repeat production cutting large sheets into squares/rectangles and adding holes.
- Perform inspections, make adjustments, and handle minor maintenance.
- CAD and waterjet programming/toolpath experience is a plus; training is available.
Salary: $25–$28/hr; may consider $29–$30/hr for a strong candidate.
Benefits: 4% 401(k) match, 75% employer-paid employee medical/vision/dental, 12 PTO days, 5 sick days, and 10 paid holidays.
