Qualifications and responsibilities for this Vibration Test Engineer position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering required
  • 5+ years of relevant engineering experience required
  • Strong data analysis and technical reporting skills
  • Strong understanding of vibration, fatigue, and testing fundamentals
  • Background in testing and familiarity with aircraft or airplanes is highly preferred
  • Perform propeller vibration testing, define instrumentation requirements, coordinate testing activities, and manage project assignments
  • Analyze test data, interpret results, prepare technical reports, and communicate findings with coworkers, customers, and consultants
  • Work in the office, lab, and hangar environments, support on-aircraft testing, and travel up to 25% domestically and internationally for customer-site test campaigns

Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
