Description
Underground Utilities Project Coordinator opportunity in Brentwood, TN, supporting major fiber optic infrastructure projects throughout the Nashville market! This is an exciting chance to join a well-established utility construction company with over 20 years of experience, years of backlog, major fiber network contracts, and strong growth opportunities as they continue expanding into new markets.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Underground Utilities Project Coordinator position include:
- 2-3 years of project coordination, construction administration, utility construction, telecommunications, excavation, or related experience.
- Experience supporting fiber optic, underground utility, excavation, infrastructure, or construction projects is preferred.
- Assist with project billing, invoicing, documentation, schedules, records, reports, and project milestone tracking.
- Coordinate materials, equipment, supplies, project logistics, workforce scheduling, and field coverage for active projects.
- Communicate daily with project managers, field teams, subcontractors, ISPs, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in daily virtual meetings and provide project updates to keep work moving efficiently.
- Use Microsoft Excel and project/construction software such as Bluebeam, Monday.com, or Fieldwire.
- Support problem-solving between office and field personnel while helping projects stay on schedule and within scope.
Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
