Step into an exciting opportunity as a Triple Hat Site Superintendent in Lexington, Kentucky, leading night shift operations on a high-impact Veterans Affairs Medical Center renovation project. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Triple Hat Site Superintendent position include:
- 5–10+ years of experience as a Superintendent on federal or healthcare construction projects
- Prior VA or healthcare project experience in occupied facilities
- Proven ability to perform in a Triple Hat role as Superintendent / SSHO / QC
- Strong understanding of EM 385-1-1 and USACE/VA quality control requirements
- OSHA 30 required; CQM and SSHO certifications highly preferred
- Lead all onsite construction activities during night shift operations
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control in an active hospital environment
- Maintain compliance with federal standards, project documentation, and renovation logistics
Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
