In this Structural Industrial Engineer opportunity, you’ll work in St. Louis, MO, Tucson, AZ, or Atlanta, GA, with a role built for engineers who want lead-engineer ownership across complex structural scope.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Structural Industrial Engineer position include:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in structural calculations and design.
- Design experience involving foundations, earthworks, concrete/steel structures, trusses, towers, pipe racks/supports, steel bins, concrete silos, and stacks.
- Heavy industrial/process industry background and lead-engineer responsibility for schedules and budgets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Structural/Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- P.E. and/or S.E. preferred.
- Working knowledge of building and structural codes, including reference codes for wood, concrete, masonry, and steel.
- Experience with Revit for producing drawings and Excel for schedules, charts, and reports.
- Review structural framing schemes and drawings (layout, dimensions, details) and coordinate progress with the project team; provide field inspection support.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
