Qualifications and responsibilities for this Structural Engineer position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and 5+ years of structural engineering experience required; PE license preferred, not required.
- Reinforced concrete design experience required; precast concrete product experience strongly preferred, with underground concrete structure and manufacturing or fabrication experience desirable.
- Design and analyze reinforced precast concrete stormwater structures, including reinforcement layouts, steel detailing, lifting anchors, and project-specific structural calculations.
- Review shop drawings and verify structural performance, durability, serviceability, and compliance with applicable ACI, ASTM, PCI, and AASHTO standards.
- Support manufacturing partners by resolving issues involving reinforcement placement, formwork, embedded hardware, lifting systems, and concrete production.
- Develop new products, participate in testing and prototype evaluations, and improve existing designs for structural performance and manufacturing efficiency.
- Use AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and structural analysis software while providing technical guidance to internal teams, customers, contractors, and manufacturing partners.
- Work Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM, with occasional manufacturing and field visits; in-office work is preferred, although a remote arrangement may be considered for a non-local candidate able to visit the office at least monthly.
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

A 401(k) with a 3% employer match begins January 1, 2027, and relocation assistance may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
