Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager Service Sales position include:
- Must have minimum 5 years’ experience as HVAC Technician.
- HVAC and/or Process Water System experience required.
- Strong technical knowledge of pumps, heat exchangers, chillers, cooling towers, dry air coolers, and adiabatic coolers.
- Identify, develop, and close service sales opportunities including repairs, retrofits, and preventative maintenance agreements.
- Proven ability to generate service sales, grow accounts, and meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct client site visits to assess systems and recommend value-added solutions.
- Coordinate scheduling and dispatch of service technicians to ensure timely project execution.
- Track proposals, job costs, and service profitability to meet revenue and margin targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CAD; EPA certification or Journeyman license preferred.
Salary: $120,000-$140,000, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k with 3% contribution, ESOP eligibility after 1 year, 2–3 weeks of PTO (negotiable), paid holidays and floating holidays, performance bonuses, and annual merit-based pay increases.
