A growing construction team is seeking a Senior Superintendent - Hotel Renovations in Ontario, offering the opportunity to lead major hotel renovation projects that is over $50 million in value. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Superintendent - Hotel Renovations position include:
- 10+ years of experience in commercial construction or renovations, including at least 5 years in hospitality renovation projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
- Manage day-to-day field operations for hotel renovations, including room remodels, public area upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
- Coordinate with ownership, hotel operations, contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, designers, and engineers.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption to guests and hotel operations.
- Inspect work for quality, building code compliance, ADA regulations, brand standards, and safety requirements.
- Supervise onsite construction teams, including subcontractors and laborers, while promoting accountability, safety, and collaboration.
- Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, and preferably Smartsheet; OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
Salary: $95,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
