A creative, precision-driven engineering consulting firm is seeking a Senior Structural Project Engineer in Elk River, MN! This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team delivering civil, structural, geostructural, inspection, and field services for commercial, industrial, municipal, and community-focused infrastructure projects.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Structural Project Engineer position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred but not required.
- 5–10 years of structural engineering and project management experience, with Minnesota PE licensure preferred.
- Expertise in building frame systems and materials such as concrete, steel, and wood.
- Proficiency with structural analysis software, SEA software, and Revit Structure.
- Lead the design and analysis of diverse structural, geostructural, specialty structure, and commercial building projects.
- Oversee QA/QC, manage multiple projects independently, and mentor junior engineers and drafters.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, construction managers, engineers, and clients to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Conduct occasional site visits, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to business development.
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
