In this Senior Project Director - Education/K-12 opportunity in Houston, TX, you’ll help grow a strong local presence while leading complex delivery efforts for clients who value excellence, accountability, and results.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Construction Project Director -Education/K-12 position include:

  • 12+ years of construction experience providing project/program management services (ideal 15–20+ years with strong public-sector experience)
  • Lead construction efforts in accordance with client policies and procedures
  • Manage the full education construction lifecycle, including pre-construction, design phases, and oversight of constructability reviews
  • Develop implementation plans and master schedules aligned to client priorities; ensure timely completion of all client deliverables
  • Provide financial reporting to the client and bond oversight committee; develop and review contract documents
  • Track program/project status and deliver management reporting related to scheduling, cost control, staffing, and other contract requirements
  • Has primary responsibility for establishing/updating hit list, conducting hit list research, developing relationships, assembling teams, and leading proposal preparation
  • Has secondary responsibility for maintaining prospect lists, determining whether to submit proposals, and managing joint venture/subconsultant participation

Salary: $175,000 - $185,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
