Residential Landscape Designer is a full-time role focused on designing and selling residential landscapes, with select commercial HOA work, in a fully in-office and on-site client consultation environment.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Residential Landscape Designer position include:
- Professional industry experience creating landscape and hardscape designs
- Conduct on-site client consultations to provide design solutions and recommendations
- Generate landscape designs utilizing AutoCAD, including softscaping, hardscaping, lighting, and drainage
- Create design proposals and cost estimates for residential and commercial properties based on accurate field measurements and analyses
- Serve as a primary contact for clients to foster relationships and close sales
- Manage the design process with a heavy focus on designing, client consultations, site visits, and revisions
- Valid driver’s license with no major infractions
- Strong understanding of landscape construction products, methods, and procedures, including grading, drainage, irrigation, and lighting
Salary: $60,000 to $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
