In this Rental Coordinator opportunity, you’ll help connect customers with the right equipment and services while contributing to a busy branch environment and meaningful growth.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Rental Coordinator position include:
- 1-5 years of inside sales experience, ideally in equipment rental or a similar industry.
- Respond to inbound inquiries, provide product and service information, and offer expert advice and support.
- Identify potential leads and reach out to prospective customers through calls, emails, and other channels.
- Process customer orders and prepare quotes, supporting pricing negotiations as needed.
- Manage customer accounts to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Track and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and operations teams to coordinate orders and deliveries.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance metrics while staying current on product knowledge and industry trends.
Salary: $65K-$75K per year, commensurate with experience and industry knowledge
