Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Coordinator position include:
- Experience with scheduling and dispatch support for field operations
- Expertise in technician coordination and appointment booking
- Ensure timely dispatch and clear communication for field operations
- Process payments and reconcile accounts while maintaining accurate financial records
- Update project financials regularly for profitability analysis
- Monitor budgets and support adherence to financial goals
- Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth job execution and provide ongoing updates
- Support field technicians with materials procurement and job resource coordination
Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
