Description
Join a well-established construction and insurance restoration company as a Project Manager / Salesman in El Paso, TX, where you can combine sales, estimating, customer service, and project management into one high-impact role. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated rainmaker to generate business, manage projects from start to finish, and grow with a company known for roofing, restoration, daily insurance claims, and preferred vendor relationships with over 50 insurance companies.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager / Salesman position include:
- Strong sales ability with excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Experience using Xactimate required; roofing, construction, or insurance restoration experience preferred
- Generate and close residential and commercial roofing/construction projects
- Develop relationships with homeowners, insurance adjusters, property managers, and referral partners
- Conduct property inspections, assist customers through the insurance claims process, and prepare estimates
- Manage projects from contract signing through completion while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with office staff, schedulers, subcontractors, crews, suppliers, deliveries, and inspections
- Maintain accurate job documentation, upload required insurance/TPA portal documentation, and assist with collections
Salary: $750 weekly base pay plus commission, commensurate with experience.
