An exciting opportunity is available for a Project Manager – Commercial Concrete Construction in Fort Myers, FL, with a family-owned, fast-growing construction company specializing in structural concrete and masonry projects throughout Southwest Florida. Established in 2021, this company has achieved impressive year-over-year growth, cares deeply about its employees, and offers the opportunity to grow with a newer organization that is quickly expanding its presence in the market.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager – Commercial Concrete Construction position include:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in structural concrete construction.
- Bilingual Spanish/English skills are required.
- Manage commercial concrete and masonry projects from pre-construction through closeout.
- Coordinate with field crews, general contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules, cost tracking, and project documentation.
- Review project drawings, contracts, scopes of work, specifications, and project requirements.
- Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned between office and field operations.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel required; Bluebeam, construction management software, AutoCAD, OSHA 10, and OSHA 30 are a plus.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
