Description
Bring your surveying expertise to Elkhorn, WI and help deliver accurate boundary, land division, and ALTA/topographic work for a small, highly engaged team. This Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) opportunity combines hands-on field coverage with a strong office presence, including CAD/Carlson production and client-facing communication.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) position include:
- 2+ years of experience as a PLS
- Possess a current Wisconsin Professional Land Surveyor license
- Direct or conduct boundary, land division, topographic, and ALTA/NSPS surveying
- Perform survey calculations and sign and seal survey drawings
- Verify the accuracy of survey data including measurements and calculations
- Prepare or supervise preparation of survey data, maps, records, and documents
- Manage, schedule, and supervise daily responsibilities of survey crew(s)
- Maintain excellent client and inter-office relations, including clear communication with clients and teams
Salary: $55/hr - $65k, can look higher for the right fit, with around 40 hours per week and occasional overtime.
