In this Production Associate / Production Technician role, you’ll support hands-on manufacturing that combines in-house machining, rigorous testing, and quality systems aligned with MIL-SPEC standards.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Production Associate / Production Technician position include:
- Prior manufacturing, electronics assembly, machine shop, or production experience preferred (entry-level candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn will be considered).
- Perform production assembly of stripline, coaxial, chip, and related RF/microwave components (resistors, terminations, attenuators).
- Operate and assist with in-house machine shop equipment for custom parts and special configurations.
- Conduct or support in-process and final inspections, including visual checks and basic testing (e.g., power burn-in, thermal/environmental tests, VSWR, etc., under guidance).
- Follow documented quality procedures aligned with MIL-I-45208, MIL-STD standards, and company quality systems; perform 100% in-process inspection where required.
- Handle materials, prepare components for shipping, and maintain accurate production records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; follow ESD, safety, and handling protocols for electronic components.
- Assist with inventory, kitting, and supporting custom/special-order production runs; collaborate with engineering, quality, and leadership in a small-team environment.
Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
