Build your future with a hands-on, full-service sign and graphics team in Oceanside, where custom commercial signage, vehicle wraps, and architectural films make a real impact across San Diego and Southern California. In this Sign Installer opportunity, you’ll help install, maintain, and repair a wide range of interior and exterior signage while delivering quality work that meets specifications, schedules, and local codes.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sign Installer position include:
- 2-4 years of sign installation experience required.
- Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and installation instructions.
- Prepare surfaces for installation, including measuring, leveling, cleaning, drilling, and mounting.
- Install signage including signs, channel letters, monuments, pylons, and vinyl.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, lifts, and company vehicles.
- Perform basic electrical work for illuminated signs.
- Ensure installations meet quality standards and local codes, with strong attention to detail.
- Follow safety procedures and communicate professionally with customers and team members on job sites.
Salary: $35-40/hr depending on experience.
Benefits: 401(k) with no company match, 50% employer-paid medical insurance after 60 days, and possible overtime. .
