In this Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor role, you’ll lead technical projects and mentor a growing engineering team while solving complex design and manufacturing challenges.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor position include:
- At least five years of engineering design experience in a manufacturing environment, including leadership of engineering projects and cross-functional teams.
- Supervise, mentor, and provide direction to the engineering team; conduct performance evaluations and coaching for team development.
- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and scheduling to ensure timely, cost-effective completion.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and budget objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical expertise and problem-solving support for complex engineering challenges.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies; communicate project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
