Bring your estimating and restoration expertise to a close-knit construction team in the Quad Cities area, where every project helps commercial and residential properties look their best. In this Masonry Restoration Project Manager/Estimator opportunity in East Moline, you’ll support a wide range of façade and masonry restoration work while collaborating with a superintendent who leads field execution.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Masonry Restoration Project Manager/Estimator position include:
- Construction estimating experience required; masonry, façade, or building restoration experience preferred
- Commercial construction, concrete, exterior restoration, historical work, or related estimating backgrounds considered; willing to train the right person
- Conduct site measurements and complete blueprint takeoffs
- Prepare estimates, quotes, and submittals
- Manage schedules, change orders, and project documentation
- Lead client communication and coordinate project meetings
- Use Microsoft Project; Bluebeam experience is a plus
Salary: $70K–$120K base salary plus performance-based year-end bonus per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: 401(k) retirement plan with a 4% company match. Employer-paid contribution covering 50% of employee and family health insurance premium, and take-home company vehicle with a fuel card provided.
