This Manufacturing Engineering Manager opportunity in Wilmington, NC gives you the chance to lead manufacturing and process engineering while supporting Swiss machining operations and future equipment transitions.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Manufacturing Engineer Manager position include:
- 2-3 years of experience is currently on the team; growth to 1-3 direct reports is expected.
- Mechanical Engineering degree preferred.
- Manufacturing and machining experience highly valued.
- Strong shop-floor engagement and collaboration skills.
- Contract manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Oversee manufacturing/process engineering for Swiss machining operations and upcoming equipment transitions.
- Support engineering leadership as the Wilmington facility increases its concentration of Swiss machines (with planned moves by mid-2027).
- Bring stable, long-term employment history and a strong preference for job tenure.
Salary: $120,000 - $145,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

A 401(k) with a strong company plan is offered, along with PTO typically 2 weeks (negotiable up to 3 weeks) and California sick leave of 40 hours.
