Qualifications and responsibilities for this Licensed HVAC Technician position include:
- 5+ years of HVAC experience required
- Refrigeration Technician’s License required
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Inspect equipment and perform repairs and replacements
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and respond to emergency maintenance requests
- Work primarily on commercial systems throughout the greater Boston area, with very little residential work
- OSHA 10 Certification required, along with strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
- Good driving record required; company vehicle provided and dispatched from the office
Salary: $40-$50/hr, commensurate with experience.
