This Licensed Civil Engineer/Project Manager position is located in Chattanooga, TN, Peoria, IL, or Swansea, IL, offering the opportunity to manage civil site design projects, develop client relationships, and potentially grow into a high-level leadership role with the chance to build and oversee a team.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Licensed Civil Engineer/Project Manager position include:
- Must have an Illinois, Missouri, or Tennessee Professional Engineer (PE) license and a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 6 to 10 years of post-graduation experience, including at least 3 years in commercial, residential, healthcare, education, and/or single-site projects.
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D software.
- Experience with Bentley Pondpack, StormCAD, AutoDesk Hydraflow Hydrographs Extension, CivilGEO GeoHECRAS, and/or XP Solutions XPSWMM is highly desirable.
- Perform and/or direct the design of civil engineering projects, including reports, studies, calculations, plans, specifications, and estimates.
- Manage scope, budget, schedule, and client needs for several simultaneous projects.
- Assist with proposals, statements of qualifications, business development efforts, and client relationship cultivation.
- Work independently and collaboratively while directing junior staff and supporting innovative, high-quality project solutions.
Salary: $80,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
